Cancellation Policy

Cancellations All our services are non-refundable but can be rearranged. Please notify us with at least 2 days notice to rearrange a session. After this time you will be charged the full amount without a refund. If there is a genuine reason to cancel or postpone please do explain as discretions can be made. Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis. All prepaid sessions are valid for three months after time of purchase. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time and refund your money in full or part without any liability or obligation to you. If we cancel a service due to circumstances beyond our control, we will rearrange a new session time as soon as possible. We train in all weather so come prepared. In extreme weather conditions, we may reschedule/abandon lessons earlier and will make up the time at a later session.
